Leadership Team
Rajesh is a seasoned IP professional with over 28 years of experience in the intellectual property consulting industry, backed by dual Master’s degrees in Computer Science. He brings cross-functional expertise in IP client relations, process optimization, and business strategy, with deep knowledge spanning the entire IP lifecycle including prosecution, Licensing, Litigation, strategic consulting, and IPMS implementation.
As Vice President of Operations at CPA Global, he led the successful delivery of hundreds of high-value patent search and analytics projects. His unmatched attention to detail, quality focus, and exceptional time management consistently deliver results in high-pressure environments. Rajesh spent five impactful years with Microsoft’s IP division before going on to shape IP best practices for both global enterprises like Samsung, LG and emerging startups across the US, Europe and India.
Following his tenure at CPA Global, Rajesh co-founded an IP software and services company with a global footprint across India, South Korea, and the United States. He is also the co-author of the book “Unfolding Intellectual Property Rights”.
Currently, Rajesh serves as the CEO of InvoCons a US based IP service provider organization, where he continues to drive innovation and operational excellence in the IP domain.

Stephen has extensive experience in patent prosecution, having worked with law firms in Boston and San Francisco, where he advises tech startups on patent portfolio development, drafting, and prosecution. He has taught seminars on patent law and strategy at prestigious institutions, including Cornell University, Harvard Medical School, the London School of Economics, MIT, New York University, and the Wharton School, as well as universities in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan. Stephen also mentors university startups through the Harvard Innovation Labs and the MIT Venture Mentoring Service and has been appointed an expert in residence at various incubators and accelerators. He has co-founded and served as chief engineer and software engineer for three award-winning startups, including Active Spectrum, a finalist in the MIT $50K Entrepreneurship Competition.
Stephen graduated Phi Beta Kappa from MIT with four degrees in physics and electrical engineering, where he conducted research in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and taught digital signal processing courses. He received the President Paul E. Gray Award for Excellence in Research and the Goodwin Medal, MIT’s highest honor for teaching excellence by a graduate student. He earned his law degree from New York University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Award Scholar and an InSITE Fellow, advising startups and venture capitalists on patents, technology, and entrepreneurship. Stephen is also an alumnus of the International Patent Drafting Training Program hosted by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a UN agency based in Geneva, Switzerland.

He has a proven track record of establishing new businesses from the ground up and cultivating strong relationships with key business partners.
His experience includes roles as Country Manager and Market Development Director at prominent companies such as Clarivate, CPA Global, LexisNexis and more. Andrew holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Southern California. He is fluent in both English and Korean.
